We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time. This will allow you to check-in and make your selection from our beverage offering. Please understand if you’re delayed, your treatment time may be limited, as a courtesy to our next client.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS

We want you to have the very best experience. Please inform us if you suffer any sensitivities, allergies or medical conditions or are using any medications that may render you unsuitable for topical anaesthetic, tints, waxing or lash/brow services.

PHONE POLICY

In the interest of our client experience and team focus we are a strict no phone zone. Please comply by turning your devices to silent on arrival.

CHILDREN

We are a child friendly environment. We have lollies, juice boxes and games to help keep them occupied during your service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that plans change however 24hrs written notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24hrs of your appointment time will be charged 100% of the service rate. National tours require 72hrs written notice and International tours require 7 days written notice.
