We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time. This will allow you to check-in and make your selection from our beverage menu. Please understand if you’re delayed your treatment time will be limited as a courtesy to our next client.
We want you to have the very best experience. Please inform us if you suffer any sensitivities or medical conditions or are using any medications that may render you unsuitable for wax.
Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that plans change however we ask that 24hrs written notice be provided should you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24hrs before appointment time will be charged 100% of the service rate. All tours outside of Sydney require 72hrs written notice.
